Lisa Olivia Munn was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Kimberly Schmid is of Chinese origin and grew up in Vietnam. The father of her Winston Barrett Munn is from an American family that has deep roots in America's South. Her parents divorced at the age of the age of two. The mother of Olivia raised her as well as her stepfather who is an United States Air Force officer. Even though the family moved out of Oklahoma and resided in many locations, she was mainly educated in Tokyo, Japan. During this time she was a part of several local theatre productions, and then became a model within the Japanese fashion business. Olivia was a model who been living with her parents in Los Angeles in order to fulfil her dream to be an actor, continued to work towards her goal after the family moved back to the United States. Following a series of minor parts, Olivia landed a role after she was cast as Mily Acua in the Hawaii television program Beyond the Break 2006 and as the receptionist of Rob Schneider. She hosts "The Daily Nut" as well as"Formula D," the "Formula D" Podcasts on G4. She enjoys surfing and has been practicing since watching the tv show Beyond the Break (2006).
