She is responsible for all of our processes for Human Resources, People Management along with Talent Management and the development of culture. Annmarie has over 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resources leader. She has worked in a variety of industries and groups of managers to reach the business objectives, especially during periods of fast development and change. As an advisor, she was involved, helping translate people and business strategies into strategic goals, and enterprise-wide objectives by focusing on organizational performance, employee involvement, and change. She has a passion for learning, and she views leadership and team building as the most valuable asset. Through her extensive work experience working in Fortune 500 as well as smaller and mid-sized businesses to develop and coach managers, and achieving result, she was able to help create organizations that embrace learning innovation and change. As Annmarie continues to dedicate her talents and time to helping to further the mission of Learning Ally, she currently provides support for a variety of non-profit organisations in her spare time. As part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie has committed her time and talent to supporting Learning Ally's mission.
