Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16, after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. She was 17 years old when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. When she quit her gymnastics profession Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness shows when she was 16. A year later, at the age of 17 She was awarded her professional card. She was the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was forced to stop her work for a period of six years in order to further her studies. When she completed her college degree Ariel returned to the stage in the year of 2015. She picked up where she was in prior contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete throughout the years following her debut on the show and set higher targets for herself every year. In 2009 she had won four additional fitness titles. In 2009, she became named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. The oldest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Once she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competitive sports to get her college degree. The first time she was IFBB Fitness' Pro took place at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. Her finish was 3rd in the competition. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Three months later she took to the Olympia stage to take home 6th place at the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel claims she was more than happy of her placing. She was up against the best. Ariel continues to improve her body. Ariel likes working out her back. The routine for her back consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pullups with a machine in addition to bent-over row. She usually warms up first before moving onto the workout sets. Additionally, Ariel is known to make use of her time as efficiently as feasible. She does this by super setting all of her back exercises and performing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 reps. This sort of exercise twice a week, with one day being lighter weight and another day that is heavy.
