Born on October 18, 1984 American Alpine skier Lindsey Vonn who is now retired has won 4 World Cup competitions and the downhill gold medal in the 2010 Winter Olympics. The second highest super score among skiers both female and male. Her record is among the highest-scoring skiers ever and is the most well-known in her home country of the United States. Caroline Vonn is a World Cup alpine ski racer in the US. Her name is Lindsey Vonn. She has taken home in the total World Cup competition four times. She is a well-known athlete in American time. There are only six females who have won the five World Cup alpine ski events. She has been awarded the title of 82 World Cup victories in total. Following the World Championships held in Sweden this year, one of the finest and most efficient skiers in the US will be retiring. Following a string of health issues The three-time World Cup champion has decided to retire. Social media was the method used to announce her retirement. Silk was born in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. Ilkay Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk, who is an academic and Anna Silk, who's an actress, director as well as a producer and playwright.
